Water for your soul

I’m trying to drink water whenever I feel hungry because I know I’m not truly hungry but lonely, depressed or just plain bored. ANYWAY, I still feel hungry but at least I’m hydrated. I think the act of chewing or shoving something in my mouth is just a bad habit I can’t break.

Solution #2 is to keep healthy snacks close by. Sitting here dreaming about junk food doesn’t help.
